Help me Get breast reduction

I ve had big breast since 16yrs and it got worst when i had my son, now i get back pains and neck,marks from the straps of my bra and its hard to hold my son for long because of the pain,my gp always giving me painkiller and says the nhs dont cover my area,
people describe me with my breast, i can wear size 10 trousers and 14 top..exercising is hard because of the pain.
i need help as this makes me miserable,,private surgery is expensive.
I will appreciate any amount or any doctor who wants to help me,please and please again help me, thanks for reading and helping.
